The young lady, I can not remember if her name was Kiera was awesome. She was obviously on and a customer called but made a point to let me know if she’d be with me as soon as possible and then was extremely friendly. My car was a total loss. It was a bummer of a day, but she definitely was a bright spot!

The man who assessed the damage did not do a through job initially, causing delays. The Service Advisor was thoroughly incompetent, and not honest in her communications.
