We picked up the van at about 8 am and never checked it over turns out there’s a big scratch on the rear bumper that wasn’t there before. I have before and after pictures and it shows after (the scratch). If you could give me a call I would appreciate it. Also if you have security cameras you might want to check them out.

The repaired sides looks a hundred times better than when I first got the car. I was like oh they did a beyond great job. They also were very quick with the turnaround.

While the repair was quick and I had my vehicle back the same week, the repair quality is very shotty. There’s paint run marks, dirt spots in the paint and the new taillight is a different color than the other rear lights.
