My car was repaired and finished before the quoted time. Everyone in the office was very helpful and professional. I had to have a ride home and be picked up to get my car and the young man who drove me both ways was very polite and helpful. Thank you for good service!!

The office staff was great to deal with. Very friendly and updates on repair status was very timely. Repair was finished before the original completion date given. The repairs look great and everything appears to work as well as before. Would highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. They kept me informed regularly about how the repairs were going and they finished a day earlier than promised. Everyone was very friendly. One of the employees even drove me home after I dropped my car off because my alternate transportation fell through. I won't take my car anywhere else for as long as they are in business.

The gal at the counter was great. Their automated text program is TERRIBLE. I was given multiple imaginary appointments that no one at the shop was aware of. When I did finally have a real meeting the girl at counter expected me but the estimate guy was completely unaware and unprepared. Also, after having the vehicle for over a week I got an intro text saying yall were chosen to handle the repair to call and set up appointment?? As a small business owner I realize how easily things can slip thru- this seemed like the text program and shop were in no way connected.
