The overall customer service was good and it was clear they wanted things to go smoothly. My trust in Classic Collision faded once I was back in my car and discovered 9 of the 12 radio stations were changed AND reprogrammed. There was absolutely no reason for my radio to have been tampered with, the damage was to a door.
