I was unfortunate to have somebody bump into the side of my vehicle. Then I choose Classic Collision to do the repair work and I could not be happier. Looks as good as New.

Yes, but would warn them about your fees if using credit cards as a form of payment.

Loved Jamin. Attentive and professional. Great personality. Also Brooke at the front desk is proactive and extra efficient at her job. Both are exceptional. 431 S Main St in Alpharetta is the only Classic Collision location for me. I’ve been to two others over the years and by far this one is the best with customer service. Jamin kept me informed and no delays. I have a big complaint about the 3.5% fee on credit cards. I was highly disappointed. After a perfect customer service experience, this is how it ended. Collecting all terms of payment is the cost of doing business and expected at such a large company at Classic Collision. Car repairs are quite expensive to then tack on a fee. The 10 rating I gave was for customer service. It should be adjusted to account for my disappointment in the policy to collect fees on credit card use.

Collision repair is a new experience for us so we didn’t know what to expect. This car was a recent purchase for our daughter and she really loves this car. We were emotionally invested in getting it back and looking good. The body and techs did such a great job! Our service advisor, Darryl Austin, was great throughout the process and we would highly recommend him!

I cannot recommend Classic Collision based on my experience. I contacted the shop because my vehicle was sitting at the dealership waiting for an estimate, and I was told Classic Collision could assist with the repair. They arranged for the vehicle to be towed to their facility. At no point before the tow was I told that I would be responsible for the towing cost, what the cost would be, or asked to sign a separate towing authorization. I later learned that Classic Collision's own towing authorization language states that third-party towing charges are to be disclosed in writing on a separate document before service. That did not occur in my case. After the vehicle arrived, I was informed they could not proceed with the repair because the vehicle needed to be drivable. No repairs were performed. I then attempted to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership using my AAA membership, but the vehicle was not released because I was told I had to pay the disputed towing charge first. To avoid further delays to my insurance claim, I ultimately paid the towing invoice under protest so the vehicle could be released. This experience resulted in additional delays, extra towing expense, and significant frustration. My concern is not that a tow occurred—it's that I was never informed beforehand that I would be responsible for the charge or given the separate written authorization that the company's own process describes. I hope Classic Collision reviews its intake and towing procedures so future customers receive clear disclosure before costs are incurred.

Pricing was high but I had to get prior work corrected. Your business is good for insurance pay, not so much private pay.

Daryl did an amazing job handling my insurance and setting up the repairs after an accident. Will make this my regular body shop.
