The repair was wonderful. Very Satisfied with the quality of the work. I was NOT satisfied with the amount of time it took to do the repairs. I was told it would take 4 -5 days but it took almost 2 weeks. I was told they had to go back and do the repair twice because it did not look right the first time. SO, I am grateful for the attention to quality - I want it to be done correctly. BUT - It would have been nice if they just said - It is going to take two weeks, rather than 5 days. I thought/hoped they would offer a discount after the extended time and fact they had to re-do the repair. I do understand that things happen - so, I'm grateful.
