Paint job and part fit are garbage. They broke parts around the windshield and replaced them with used parts that doesn't match and fit. The job is terrible!!!

Tape adhesive left on both sides of the rear area that I had to remove. Color off slightly on the repair side.. Clear coat has a slight rippled look to it.

No time frame given after taking the vehicle in as to how long the repair would take. Called 2 days later and the receptionist said Thursday. 3 hour notice given on Friday the vehicle was ready for pick up.

I won't ever go back to them and when I told them the first time about the poor quality they lied and said that I didn't tell them when I had a witness there with me and called him a liar too.

The worst experience I ever had. I had to go back to them three times to have them do the work correctly. First time they didn't repair the bumper. The second time it was dirt throughout the paint that they did and a dent from the door that they put on. The third time their was swirl marks from the repair from the dirt removed from the second repair and the excuse the gave me was because it's and older car that's the best that they did. I don't care if the car was built in the 1960's it should of been done correctly the first time

I had to complain 3 times about things that wasn't done correctly this was the worst experience I had getting the car repaired and my claims my adjuster had no contact with him. Every time I call Timothy he was never in his office and would never return any of my messages or calls.
