Just so you have the information needed…1. Under the front hood… it seems to me as if was left in primer. 2. The gap in the front right drivers side fender seems to be wider than the gap on the left. 3. the engine compartment was dirty with a foot print left under the hood. 4. The window washer low indicator light stays on.. I look and it was empty… on the bottom however it was wet. So either it wasn’t filled which I don’t have a problem filling but don’t want that to be a bigger problem here… like electrical or a damaged bottle

The vehicle was returned but the window washer bottle was empty. The engine compartment was dirty beyond realistic expectations and the gaps were Slightly off on the drivers side left fender

The repair is not to my satisfaction. The spacing of hood, bumper and light assembly is not even or consistent. It appears a part was possibly, cleaned, bent back and reused. Call me 4042424393. I would like to bring vehicle back. I am not happy and slightly irritated having to make multiple trips. We are human, things happen, just make it right.

As stated previously there was an issue upon completion but immediately corrected and fixed by Classic Collision. They handled the situation same day and made it right.

Overall from my initial call, scheduling my inspection and bringing my car to have the work done was extremely easy and quick. There was an issue upon pick up that was found and Classic Collision, apologized for the error and quickly fixed the situation. In addition, I was updated throughout the process via text. I would recommend this repair facility.
