While the repair is 99% completed (a final trim part on order) they returned my van quite dirty. Previous collision shop from another vehicle returned completed truck cleaned and ready!

Our only complaint is that we showed up for our appointment and after confirming with them several times that there would be a rental car, there was not and that we would have to come back after WE made arrangements with the insurance company. We would have been happy to do this but they assured us several times we did not need to. Besides having to drive all the way there and arranging our schedule around that appointment, we ended up having to make a bunch of calls and rearrange several other appointments to come in 4 days later. Seemed pretty unprofessional. Was happy with the work though.
