They are amazing picked my car in the morning a pretty straight forward process my car repairs were supposed to be done July 9 I got it back on June 28 they are fast and efficient! The repairs of my Family vehicle is not being taken seriously because I’ve been to the repair shop twice on the 06/13 and on the 06/14/2024. I’ve only had the car for two months and it’s been sitting in the shop for over a month. I’m not satisfied because on top of the mismanagement of the repairs and the mediocre workmanship and mistakes, Classic Collision has not taken the right approach to fix the problem the first time. At this point I don’t know if the next time that I have to go to pick up my vehicle is going to be the last or I’ll have to leave it for the next day or two to get it repaired properly.
