My Experience

This is my second time using Classic Collision and I'm very happy with the service provided in every way. The repair was perfect and everything explained to me. I also like being sent texts updating me. Another thing that impresses me is how clean the places and the waiting room is very comfortable and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Classic Collision should the need arise again.

I had an amazing experience. My POC person was Lucas. I think that’s his name. He explained everything, gave me a realistic ETA and called with updates. The secretary in front office she was very polite, respectful, she knew what she was going. She also called enterprise to pick me up. ( love that) When I picked up my car they took care of the rental and called them to pick up at the shop. This was a bad situation overall since I was hit by another driver, but Classic Collision took care of me and made my experience pleasant and easy. I would come back and highly recommend! Great Employee’s and Great Service.
