I can’t express words enough how satisfied I was with Classic Collision. I was worried were to take my car for repairs. After reading a few reviews decided to take my chances, and I’m so glad I did. They did a beautiful job repairing my baby. The paint job and all looks like a brand new car out of the dealer, and not only that, my car was so dirty before giving it to them. That it also look like I had my car detailed inside super clean…Communication was awesome, letting you know every step of the way. From start to finish. I was first welcomed by Lisa who treated me with great respect and awesome customer service. She assisted me with properly filing out my paperwork and then handing me over to Jared my claims specialist. Jared was awesome. He inspected my vehicle, told me what to expect and he kept me informed throughout the procedure of the repair of my vehicle. When it appeared that I would pick up my car in the later afternoon hours the day it was said to be released, Lisa spoke with Jared and they accommodated my need and had the car out by noon the day that it was promised me. The work was fabulous. I have no complaints. I give them a rating of 10 out of 10 stars. But in all honesty Lisa and Jared are two superstars with my certifying their superstar status.
