I hate to say it, but this is the second time I have had to come to your facility but accidents happened right. And every time I have come to your business, it has been such a pleasant experience. I hate to leave everyone that works. There is positive upbeat, fun and full of information and very helpful. They go out of their way to do their job and are very prideful in their work. I actually feel sad when I have to walk out that door and not see them anymore step-by-step information on what was done how it was done and what my thoughts are and what I would like. I asked for additional things to be done and it was absolutely no problem. You have an amazing staff of people I wish more places were like yours. I will send anyone and everyone to your place if they are in need I took a few cards thank you for giving me the opportunity to let you know your place is amazing and so is each and every person in there.

nobody ever wants to go through a car crash and have to get their car fixed but in a weird way, I looked forward to coming to where they were doing the service on my vehicle. They’re an amazing group of people full of information took me step-by-step on what they were doing why they were doing it and what would be the best way to go about it and also made some suggestions so keep passing their name out to your clients because I think they will always be 1 million times satisfied thank you

You all were very caring and very engaged with all stages of my incident. You guys had the rental company on check which I thought was amazing or else I would have been without a car on a weekend. Lisa is absolutely phenomenal at her job. Makes you feel welcome, heard, and that the company cares about you. Squared me away for a rental as well by coordinating with Enterprise and getting my reservation moved to the local branch. Devon was a rock star in getting my quote done and coordinating the work. Made sure everything was done on time and, in this case, under budget. The nice gentleman who painted the car made a point to say hello when I picked up my car, and was very welcoming and professional. Great experience and highly recommend their services!
