John was absolutely phenomenal. He was very transparent, and thorough in his explanation of the repairs and worked hard to make sure we got the best price possible. We ended up paying even less than the estimate. We’ve had several of our vehicles repaired at Classic Collision and will continue to use and recommend them. Overall great experience, except for one thing which is kind of a big deal. The day after I got my truck back I decided to change spark plugs and wires. When I got to the last spark plug number 8 I realized I needed to remove my front passenger tire to access it. Here lies the problem. I was surprised that the first few lug nuts came off relatively easy. But two of them are on there so tight they are impossible to break free with a tire iron even after leaving them soak for awhile. It is clear that the lug nuts were not torqued to spec. Kind of a big deal considering I would be stuck if I were to get a flat tire. I appreciate the great service overall up until then no issues and Luis was great to work with, but that was very frustrating.
