Texted me car was done, but when I called the final processing with Wheels wasn’t complete which necessitated a call from me to Wheels, etc. car wasn’t able to be picked up til the next week. Everyone was friendly and professional at Gerber.

When I dropped off the vehicle, I explained to the technician about the front passenger side window needing repair. Then about two weeks before the vehicle was complete. I received a call from another technician asking what the deal was with the front window in which I explained it once again, what needed to be done. You can imagine my frustration when I picked up the vehicle yesterday and the window was not fixed at all.

It took too long, communication was infrequent, and repair was not completed to our satisfaction as the front end still handles poorly after the accident. Also, the price - even though it was paid by anothers insuramce - was absolutely too much for the work done.
