Tire rod was installed without bolt and pin. Car collapsed on the day after it was returned to me. I was in danger and lucky I wasn't on a highway or single land road when the car lost control and stopped. Team has been responsive about problems but this was dangerous.

Car was repaired and given back to me. It collapsed on the highway. The tire iron bolt and safety pin were missing. I could have been killed. I still have not been reimbursed for the $300 tow bill to take the car back to the shop

Our total experience with Gerber Collision has been fantastic. We had a very difficult situation with a stolen, damaged car that our 22-year-old had in the Twin Cities. We live in Nebraska. Adam Brachle was wonderful. He helped us figure out what to do next and coordinated with us remotely to help get our car fixed. His kindness and personal assistance was so appreciated.
