Same. Said they would call on several occasions with updates and never did. I had a few other minor scratches on car (not related to these repairs). They could have easily fixed those as well as a nice gesture for how bad everything else went and how long my car just sat there but that did not even cross their mind.

After hitting a deer on the evening of may 01, & calling the insurance company May 04. We took the damaged car Classic Collision Blaine on Tuesday May 05. They looked over the automobile and said they would document what they would need to repair the vehicle and let the insurance company know what it would take to repair it. On May 12 the parts to repair the car were starting to come in.Thursday May 14 they were waiting for the headlight and Tuesday May 17 the light was in and calibrated along with sensors, so the car was ready for pick up. The car was back to new. Looked great and everything is under warranty. Thank you Classic Collision Blaine Great Job.
