I believe 10 business days to replace a bumper, a light, and make a few additional adjustments is an excessive amount of time. It would be helpful to review the processes used for repairs like these in order to make them more efficient and timely, especially considering that a vehicle is not a luxury but a daily necessity. While I appreciate the work that was done, the length of the repair process left me somewhat dissatisfied. Don Luis provided me with excellent customer service.

There was one aspect of the experience that I did not find satisfactory: the amount of time it took to complete the repair on my vehicle. Replacing a bumper and a light took eight business days, plus the weekends, during which I did not have access to my car. In my opinion, this was an excessive amount of time for a repair that did not even require bodywork or dent repair. It seems there may be an issue with the process of obtaining parts, because it is difficult to understand why a repair of this nature would take so long. The delay was extremely frustrating and created significant transportation difficulties for me. That being said, I would like to recognize Don Luis, the person responsible for communicating with me and keeping me updated throughout the process. He provided excellent customer service, was professional, and handled communication very well.

My vehicle is a 2026 so my expectation was every imperfection was fixed to like new and the only way I wanted any body repair shop to take it on is if they could complete the job to like new condition and unfortunately, last night we found multiple areas that were not repair to that standard.

The whole process was great. Everyone was very accommodating and professional and my truck was repaired in a week. Communication was excellent, I knew the status of the repairs at all times. I would definitely recommend Classic Collision to anyway needing auto body repairs.
