Maybe these things are more complicated than I know but $13500 for a 2mph crash with no engine or frame damage or airbag deployment seems like a lot.

People are nice enough but they need work on their communication with customers. I received no updates about my cars progress or completion schedule. Called me and said it was done then I arrive and they say not done. Needs some work in this area.

Did not receive a phone call when my car would not be ready on Thursday or Friday of the first week. When I called was told there was hidden damage which I was originally told I would be informed of.

When I picked up the car I asked what the hidden damage was and could not get answer as the individual who wrote up the original work order was not there, when I asked the person who brought the car up to us to have the original person to advise us if the work order changed or needed to be updated he was very noncommittal and acked put out to be asked to have the original person to follow up.

The repair work was done great on the gate but nothing was done on the fender next to the gate which was part of the damage I told the guy writing the estimate about and he wrote gate only. I didn’t notice that.
