I have a 2005 Chevy SSR that was damaged during shipping. Being Silver Metallic in color it is very challenging to match. My car was repeatedly delayed, no communication unless I reached out. Parts were still being ordered 32 days into the repair. They blamed a bad set of photos from the virtual estimate. But there was a 5 month time span from accident to repair to request better photos. They approved the photos to stay with as well.
