I feel like classic collision is last remaining place in the world that takes pride in their work and does top notch work. Best anywhere! Only place I allow to work on my high end vehicles. Nobody does it better, really.

The repairs took too long. And when the car was originally taken to your facility, it was rejected and then lost at your facility. I understand this was during the changeover from Gales to to collision

After I picked up the car. There were cuts in the drivers seat. They have ordered a new seat cover, but there’s an additional issues. The mirrors are not working correct the window on the drivers side doesn’t wanna go all the way up every time I open or close it. And the navigation screen is flashing and goes black.

The repair went from 3 - 5 days in our estimate to having the car 12 days. Thought we could get parts to fix the headlight components but that ended up not being the case so that caused the delays. I would have just appreciated an update on what was going on, I ended up calling and asking the status of the repair when the next deadline came and went.
