Classic Collision did a fantastic job of communicating and keeping me informed of the repair status. Robert was awesome. I was scheduled to gave repairs completed in May but was moved up to April. Of course I was pleased with that. When I picked up my vehicle I was impressed that the inside of the vehicle had been cleaned. I expected the only the outside since that’s where the repairs were needed. It felt like I was driving away in a brand new vehicle. Great job, team at Classic Collision!

The vehicle was not done on time. The painted portion did not match the remaining car. My estimator mentioned on every visit that this was not a privately owned business any longer, “It’s now a corporation”.

My truck was done before its scheduled time. I dropped my truck off earlier because of conflicts with myself and my husband to dropping it off and it was done the day before it was supposed to. With no visible front sheet metal damage to the grille, fenders, hood, or to the headlights or engine and it’s surrounding framework, I’m astonished that the repairs exceeded $10K, though I recognize the higher cost of repairs to the bumper wrap and it’s electronics. I’m left with the impression that the tab was pushed to maximize what the insurance company would agree to pay.

Visually, for paint and body work, I believe the technicians did an outstanding job. I’m optimistic that the parts were assembled securely such that I don’t experience any rattles or foreign noises.

I was told I would get continuous updates on the repair of my car, and also told I could find updates on-line. Neither happened. I finally called on the Friday I was told it would be done, saying they would have to call me back. No one called me back, so I called again. They said it would be done on Monday and would call to verify. No one called back, so I called Monday afternoon, and they said it would be ready Tuesday. I called Tuesday, and they said I could pick it up at the end of the day. Seems I was the one who had to call in to get status updates. Really, no problem in the end, but I feel you should do what you say - call me back. Other than that - I am TOTALLY PLEASE with the work done!! Especially, the cleaning of my car, inside and out, after a long and cold winter! THANKS SO MUCH. If I ever need more autobody work done, I will come back!
