I’m saying 6 for a few reasons. I was already upset that somebody else hit me, ruined my car & I had to have a rental for a week & a few days. But it’s not your fault so I wasn’t upset at you guys. You gave great customer service when I dropped the car off & the one guy who was helping me even stayed late so I can pick my car up after hours. When I picked my car up, it was dark & I couldn’t see anything so I waited until morning to check the car out. When I looked at the car in the morning my interior tint was torn up on one of my side windows. Then my door wasn’t attached correctly so my doors wouldn’t lock manually. I was frustrated because I already returned the rental & now I have to drop my car off AGAIN. The guy helping me said it’ll take 2-3 hours so I didn’t need to arrange for a car for the day. You guys had my car from 11-5. I had no transportation to do anything I needed to do. Finally got my car back & the tint that you guys were supposed to fix, you tore off thinking I wouldn’t notice.

I took my car in for a few scratches and 1 dent to be repaired and left with more new scratches and paint spots. Very upsetting and disappointed.
