Body from the moment I walked into the facility. And throughou the process I was disappointed only once. And this is minor. When Jake and I took a walk around the car upon its arrival, I asked Jake what it would cost to paint a tiny scratch on the right rear of the vehicle. He said that I shouldn’t worry; that they had some touch-up paint and they’d use that. I was so grateful and surprised by that. But when I got the car it looked as if someone had taken a Q-tip and just swiped it once over the scratch. Understand, that the work that was supposed to be done as a result of the collision seems to have been done perfectly. The car looks terrific where it looked awful when I brought it in. So my “9” rating should probably be “9.9.”
