I was a little disappointed on I kept finding small issues that had to be addressed. Customer service by Corey was outstanding, though.

I was referred to this place by a customer but he told me the old name “Pothos” & when I called, was explained that it was the same mgmt under the new name of Classic Collision. By the way my customer spoke of “Pothos” & how excellent it was, I felt it was oils be a near perfect job.

Very friendly and honest. To proof my point, when I left them my car to work on, I lost my "expensive " sunglasses, and one of the workers brought it into the office. And when I got back, they gladly gave it back. They made my day!

The work took over 3 weeks when they originally stated “about a week”. T Gary did the hood and front right fender very well. They did not do the acceptable work on rear.

The office personnel were not friendly nor client oriented. When I called to check on car they seemed bothered even though they took 3 weeks! I hade to rent a car and pay for 3 weeks instead of one! So, of course I called them 3 x after the first week!
