You did not tighten the clamp on the radiator hose and the coolant leaked out into the bottom & outside of the car. My engine could have been ruined.

Unfortunately I had to pick my car up right before needing to leave town & done to FL from GA… my car was not properly aligned so my drive was less than smooth and the tires on my car are brand new. Also, they are going to fine-tune the paint job.. the paint has an orange peel texture to it? When I bright out to their attention, they were extremely nice and very accommodating . I LOVE the customer service though! The ppl at this location are incredible. They matter what could be a very upsetting situation, a pleasant one. I’m thankful this odd the place I but my car and that State Farm recommended!

Stephen was amazing! Insurance tried denying a couple of things but he communicated back and forth with insurance even though it was unpleasant for him since insurance was rude and made sure everything was taken care of. Would definitely come back for future repairs if needed!
