I was not contacted by Classic collision as I requested, before the work was done. Used parts were put on my car and if I had known this before hand I would have discussed this with the adjustor.

I had additional work that I wanted done on my car outside of the collision repair. When I dropped off my car I spoke to Garrett Ward and requested that he have someone contact me with a quote for the additional work. No one called, although Garrett told me he would not be taking care of my claim since it was with Progressive Insurance. Whomever the gentleman was who deals with Progressive was supposed to call me, but he did not.
