Classic Collision does good work. I am very pleased with my vehicle. Better communication would have been nice. I had to call in a couple of times to find out the status of my repair.

Robyn was very nice and so was the young woman at the desk. However, I was expecting a call to tell me how long my vehicle would be in the shop and I had to call in after five days to find out what was going on. There was the issue with the storm but it would have been nice to know what was going on.

I would most likely go back to the Alpharetta location. I just remember a much easier experience there from years ago.

Everything looks fine except the interior door handle of the new door has two scratches on it. I realized it about 2 days after I picked up my car and emailed Amy. Haven't gotten a response. There is also a dent on the interior that I do not recall being there before so was either done during repair or not fixed.

The ceiling liner wasn't put back, the hatch gasket was hanging out when i picked the car up etc. Final delivery was a mess
