Bryan handled everything with my car repair. He clearly communicated his recommendations on the best way to repair the car and why. There were updates along the way from Bryan by text and all deadlines were met. Danielle at the front desk was very organized and helped me figure out the best way to pick up my rental car and also turn the rental car in, making everything stress-free. The crew at classic collision was great. They navigated a difficult situation to find a side mirror that was listed wrong in the system everywhere including the dealer and the staff made multiple calls to get it right. They even detailed my car at the end so it looked better than ever.
