There was only one thing on the not satisfied side. The truck looks good, it was left very clean inside and Dan was very good at giving updates as well as responding to questions. The professionalism/friendliness when entering at this facility as well as the phone call to tell me my vehicle was ready was lacking. Because of this, if services are needed in the future I would opt to use the medford location. Thank you!

It is just because of the rudeness when dealing with the young man at the front desk. Dan was professional and friendly.

The repair was good as was the communications with Dan on the progress of the repair, as well as him answering any questions.I had. Any dealings with the young man at the desk were not favorable. He was not professional and came across as rude with greeting me when I first entered your business, the phone message that was left telling me my vehicle was ready and when I went back to pick it up and pay for it. If there is a need in the future for any kind of repair.I will opt to take it to the medford store because of how he dealt with me.

Excellent work and customer service when I took my truck to them it was really dirty inside and out since we had just came home from camping the night before and they took the time to clean it even though they didn’t have to. I was always informed via text on any updates all together all the guys did an excellent job 1000 stars :)

Classic replaced a bumper that had previously been replaced because it had started to rust after just 18 months. They were able to talk my insurance into going with an OEM part instead of putting the same non-OEM part that my insurance insisted on putting on again. They communicated well and were able to pick up and drop off my truck. It was dropped off with a fresh car wash and was looking very clean
