I told your representative that I use my car everyday and I would drop it off only if you were ready to work on it immediately…Unfortunately my car sat in your shop for 2 weeks before you decided to tear it down and my car was in your shop for a month before you ever ordered parts…It was a quarter panel and it took you almost 5 weeks…You wanna make it right refund the $309 i gave you

I told him I did not want to drop my car off until they are ready to start working out because I use it for running around town and doing different stuff, but unfortunately for me, The car sat in their shop for at least two weeks before they even tore apart and started ordering parts and we’re talking a simple quarter panel. I thought it took them five weeks to fix it and $8000 later I can’t imagine why it would cost $8000 to fix a quarter panel as far as the work they did the work seem fine. I mean it’s just the fact that they had my car for way longer than I think than I thought they should’ve.

I was concerned about my headlight that was repaired and I brought my car back in and it was fixed right there on the spot. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure that I got my Camaro back on the road safely.
