The repairs were great. Colors matched up perfectly. The only problem was that the inside of my windows were left a total mess! The front windshield was the worst.

The entire reason that I chose classic collision was the amount of time that I was told it was going to take to get it fixed. I was told two weeks, I had to wait two months to receive my car back. One thing after another first it was cheap parts were purchased that didn’t fit my car, then it was damaged. Parts were received, one thing after another week after week. When someone tells me something is going to take two weeks, I can’t imagine how it takes four times the amount of time than originally told which ended up being two whole months. then I received my car and the repairs look good, but I turn it on and all four of my tires are flat from having sat for an extended period of time, which is concerning because you would imagine everything would be checked over before I receive my car, especially after waiting all of that time, and it’s even more concerning that they told me they drove it to another mechanic shop to get something diagnosed the day previous and then the day after I receive my car and all the tires are still flat, so my car was being driven on flat tires? Not cool.. I also had a name badge on the front of my car that said Challenger and I never received a new one which also sucks. I had this exact same problem with the Medford classic collision, but I figured I’d take a shot with the central point one after being given what seemed that I was told a quick turnaround time.
