Shop has opportunities to improve their scheduling process. I was rescheduled for my estimate then when I arrived they lost the appointment causing me to have to sit and wait for 30 minutes before being seen. Shop extended my complete date twice. When I called on the final day (1 hour before their estimated completion time) to make sure the work would be completed before I returned my rental the receptionist was rude and refused to give me an answer on if it would be ready. Upon picking up my vehicle I was informed they had lost 2 parts and I will need to return another time to have them installed. This missing part is causing my tailgate to lean. Overall not a great experience.

Did not like that there was an air freshener smell in my car. Very sensitive to artificial air fresheners. Hoping it doesn’t last long. Otherwise , service was exceptional!
