Not having car rental place on site was big inconvuence. At Star Body, car rental is in same lot. Recommend that this shop get rental place on site or help with getting cars picked up and dropped off.

Michael guaranteed to get my car done by 11/10. It was not done on the 10th. It seemed like he said it because he couldn’t be bothered by a frustrated customer. This would keep me from coming back or telling other’s to use classic collision.
