Everyone was courteous, but the communication was slow—I sometimes had to call the day it was supposed to be done only to find out that the estimated repair date was being extended, or I wouldn’t find out until the day of or the day before, and it was extended so many times, and no explanation except when I asked, and even then, there seemed to be different stories at different times about which parts were on back order.
