My complaint is your communication with customer, you extend days need to complete job as you added additional area to my claim. The only way I found out was I was told my vehicle would be ready on 6/10/22 so I called that day to make sure vehicle was ready to pick up. That’s when I found out and extend more out of pocket for rental car. I was not at all pleased
