I was very pleased with Classic Collision in Central Point. I’ve had bad experiences with insurance repairs in the past, but this team made the process much less stressful. There were times when parts weren’t available or were delayed beyond the original estimate. As a car owner, I understand that parts and materials can be hard to find, but what really stood out was their communication. Whenever something was delayed, they let me know right away—I never had to call to check on the status of my repairs. Even when unexpected issues came up, like the A/C needing a recharge and their charger going down, they communicated immediately and explained the next steps. Holiday delays made things take a little longer, but again, they were upfront and kept me informed. We can’t expect a perfect world, but we can expect clear communication when things don’t go as planned—and they delivered that consistently. Bonus points for vacuuming the interior and wiping out my center console! Thank you all, and Happy New Year!

It was an amazing experience doing business with Classic Collision. They deserve the highest rating possible. They were so professional and constantly kept us informed during their repair work. They did an exceptional repair job on our 2016 Toyota Highlander. We were thrilled with the outcome. The General Manager, Crystal Milstien and every member of her team were outstanding and very helpful to us. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. The repair was perfect, and our car looks like it just came out of a new-car showroom! Our vehicle was also "detailed' to perfection and looks better than when we bought it in 2016! We are so pleased with the results.

Every person we dealt with was wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The General Manager, Crystal Milstien, has a wonderful team who always acknowledged us and answered questions and concerns. It felt like all the employees were "family".
