The entire process was seamless. The callback after we asked to schedule service was literally immediate. The team fit us in quickly and completed the repaid (flawlessly) and ahead of schedule. The lady in charge (sorry I didn’t catch her name) is an absolute gem. She came in and washed and detailed my car herself (NOT her job), bc there was some issue with the detailing team and she truly cared that the detailing was to the company’s standard. Absolutely five stars all the way around.

CC provided absolutely outstanding service from the first phone call (which was literally immediate after we reached out to inquire) through delivery of a perfectly repaired vehicle, that they even cleaned to a level I’d describe as detailing before returning to us. And, while all that is an A+ in and of itself, the communication and thoughtful, kind interactions with the entire staff were above and beyond anything I’ve experienced at similar businesses. The front desk lady (I hate that I cannot recall her name, but she seems manager-level bc she really went out of her way to make this experience exceptional, including coming in early to detail the vehicle before pickup bc someone on that team was out and she was NOT handing off a repaired vehicle not detailed to CC’s and her own standards) is an absolute gem. She deserves a raise, and if she’s not technically a manager, she ought to be. I’m not generally a review writer, but our experience with CC was so outstanding that it warranted my time to share the news with others. If you need collision services, go here!

My repair was good. However, I had to bring my car in twice because someone forgot to order a part. Then I had to bring it back after the repair to have dirt taken off the ceiling and some type of sticky stuff off the windshield. I came in at 10:30 as told and by 12:45 they still had not worked on it I left without the ceiling clean because I have another appointment Very poor service

The professionalism and skills of all CC employees are very impressive. They listen to owner concerns carefully and respond thoughtfully ensuring the owner understands the ins and outs of the needed repair. The frequent progress reports are also helpful during the repair time. Once my car was in the shop, I was informed that one piece did not require replacing as originally thought and the cost was reduced, so, one must add trustworthiness to CC's excellent service and communication. Finally, the car was spotless when I picked it up. Kudos to all the employees at CC. You are a model for how businesses should be operated--excellent work and superb customer service.
