I’ve never been more impressed by an autobody shop. They were very professional, kind, and fast. The staff there went above and beyond to help find us an affordable solution. On top of it, they washed up the affected sections that we didn’t even have repaired and even cleaned the interior as well. It looked great. Thanks so much.

I was contacted and told my vehicle was finished. I picked it up and drove it home. When I got home and out of the direct sunlight I was able to better see the paint on the side of my truck. The paint was horrible. Several spots where it was painted over a chipped spot in the paint and at least 6 spot where debris was painted in. I called and it was taken back in. Second time was better. Still had a few blemishes. Then reading the invoice and found several things on the invoice that were billed to the insurance company but were never done to my truck example the box was not removed or the bolts replaced but it was billed to the insurance company. Also when I picked up the truck the second time your company billed the insurance company to redo the work that was unsatisfactory. Why would this happen. That is fraud. If you put out an unsatisfactory product it should be fixed at your expense. Ultimately I would have a convert hard time speaking positively about your company or returning with future business.
