The reason it was not ready as promised is because they were not satisfied with the paint color. The 2nd coat is perfect and worth the extra day or two.

I was given the run around for months about my vehicle. Showed up to pick up my vehicle after being told it was complete... to find 1 out of 4 wheel rims mismatched as well as a few other issues. My right front wheel is also missing a lug nut since pick up. I refuse to call and tell them because I am so outdone with this place of business

The entire team at Classic Collision were wonderful to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Stella kept up with me through texts on the cars progress, She is quite efficient and works the process to everyone’s advantage in what can be a less than ideal situation.

On the whole it was good, especially considering time of year and the fact that I blindly chose the service without talking to them at all! I can't give a true appraisal since the conditions weren't ideal, but I'm giving a solid A after grading on a curve.

Only main issue for me was the dicey timing due to short staffing/holidays. That ran my rental bill out a little more than anticipated. My car was repaired by the date advertised once the rental extension timeline was finalized, but it was very last minute. From start to finish the entire repair went one week longer than anticipated.

Ivey at front desk is superb! Shout out to Stella and Jason and Brenda; all of which had several interactions with me. They kept their final price to within the approved Insurance amount, which is rare in this business. Quick turnaround and they even fixed a directional signal issue after i drove away upon completion. Excellent customer relationship skills and good communications.
