Our experience at classic collision was exceptionally well. Nobi went above and beyond to help make sure everything was taken care of within his means have nothing bad to say about classic collision at all however, this does not affect my opinion of classic collision Tennessee Farm bureau I feel was very unfair to not fix the back hatch on our car which was damaged from the wreck. It definitely worked perfectly fine before the accident. Although I’m disappointed that Tennessee Farm bureau would not fix the damage from the wreck fully. I am 100% sure that I will be back to classic collision and I will definitely deal with Nobi again.

April kept me up to date with everything and the reason the mechanic was doing the things he was doing, also of any changes and parts taking longer to get there. Very nice work done by them. keep me updated on the ongoing repair. it is expensive, If it wasn't for the insurance company, I could not afford it. on the day of the car return, under the hood was not clean but the employee took care of that. inside the car was not clean, there was dust. would I choose it again, yes, if I have insurance because they are very professionals in the work they do. They do a terrific job. I guess you pay for that. Nice people too. Thank you Naby. .

The interior of my car was left very dirty from the repairs. the headliner, A pillar trim, and sunroof cover all have grease/dirt marks, and my grab handle was damaged.
