Quoted 711.74 than after holding the car for a week came back with a new quote for approximately 1,500.but lowered approximately 200.00 to 1350.still 600.00 higher than original quote.

I don’t think it was properly repaired. The body work was great. Exhaust was not fixed properly. I will now have to take it to a muffler shop this week.

Apri Henry was my coordinator for my vehicle repair. She was very professional and courteous. She explained the possible repairs and time line. She kept me informed on the status and additional required parts after disassembly. She also reviewed the final repairs with me upon pickup to insure my satisfaction. I was very impressed with April and Classic Collision. Finished work as promised and on time. April is definitely a “10”

The process was seamless, and it was great working with our estimator. I was wondering how communication would go between Classic Collision and the insurance company, but it all happened behind the scenes. I didn’t have to worry about it. Anytime I need body work done to my vehicle, I’ll be calling Classic Collision again.

Christian was responsive when calked and provided updated information when contacted directly. The car parts were painted well and match the rest of the car. My only negative is that I received text messages saying my car would be ready before it was actually completed, and these may have been automated messages, but it was disappointing to find out I could not rely on the text messages. Everyone was professional and courteous at the office.
