Christian was responsive when calked and provided updated information when contacted directly. The car parts were painted well and match the rest of the car. My only negative is that I received text messages saying my car would be ready before it was actually completed, and these may have been automated messages, but it was disappointing to find out I could not rely on the text messages. Everyone was professional and courteous at the office.

My car looks brand new!! we absolutely love the texted updates every couple of days or so. Really just couldn’t be happier with our experience with classic collision. Hope not to have another accident, but if I do, I would definitely use classic collision again for repairs.
