I believe you did good work in your office staff was always friendly and polite. I think you just need to clean up some of the back office, policies, and procedures. Return calls promptly no more than 24 hours if you’re going to use a customers car to get parts or other things, clean up after yourself don’t leave it in worse condition than you found it. If you could improve those, I think you’d have a 10.
