Poor communication between Classic and Mercedes’ group and insurance company. A extra 4 weeks of downtime added because of it. I finally had to intercede to get the work finished. Also car was handed to Classic clean given back to me dirty and with a grit on it from sitting outside near a rock quarry. When I took it back and showed them. . They did offer to buff it out. I declined in that I already had someone else to take care of it.

The rubber/plastic marks from my wreck were not cleaned off the glass window. My car was also returned to me with 10psi in one of my tires so I had to go to a gas station to fill my tire after leaving the shop.
