April did an awesome job! She followed up on open items, and worked with me to resolve an issue with the truck that was unrelated to the repair. She was excellent to work with. I'd also like to thank Tracy for the email updates. They were extremely helpful.

April was so incredibly helpful! I was able to leave my car with her on a timeline that worked well for me. She communicated with me and was able to get everything taken care of so quickly. She was also so nice and supportive. She was the best interaction I had following this accident. Insurance and managing a rental car is stressful but getting my car repaired was not and I credit that to April!
