The team of Cathy who is always professional and so cheerful Tracy who kept me updated daily if not more often than that April who was PHENOMENAL while dealing with me and my issue with the headlight, she even called BMW in to look at the issue and of course, classic collision was correct. There was nothing they could do about the moisture the fact that she would go so far out of her way and try so many avenues to correct the problem is amazing. I also received a phone call from Brian in the shop. Who step-by-step told me what was going on this Shop is so amazing with CUSTOMER SERVICE and with the products they put out when I receive my car back. It looks like a brand new car. I could not be happier and I highly recommend this particular location for their customer service their response time their work ethic and smooth transition with a rental car company and with every aspect of my interaction with anyone in that office

As I said, before, every single person in that office deserves a raise after dealing with me and my issue with the left headlight, it had moisture in it, and I was not happy about that fact, and as I said, before way above what was required in order to make sure there was nothing else they could remedy this problem however they got the moisture out of the headlight and I was told to run my headlights on High being during the day part of BMW up that they brought out because this seems to be an issue for that car

The repair team as well as the front line staff are incredible! Mrs.Kathy was so kind and warming. Mrs. Tracy was also amazing just in the few moments I met with her! They made sure I was aware of the status of my vehicle each time they had to place a part. They really are top notch! My advisor Naby one the best! He really helped me along with the process. He made sure I understood what parts were needed and was so patient with me. I really appreciate that. The Chattanooga classic collision on international drive TOP NOTCH WORLD CLASS SERVICE!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩Don’t change a thing!—Maybe add liquid creamer at the coffee station 😉 J/K the coffee is great. Everyone from start to finish was a top notch! My agent Naby was amazing! 🤩 he made sure everything was done to perfection and explained the process and all of what needed to be done and what to expect, so appreciate since this was my first time going through this experience. Nabi went above and beyond with his customer service. We had high expectations and his communication and efforts to make sure our car was back to its original state were amazing. We have used classic collision in the past and have had a good experience but because of Nabi he exceeded our expectations and we will recommend to others! The repair work was great as well!

I appreciated the timely updates from Tracy, and Kevin's availability during the holidays for any additional follow-up. The service and the repairs are great. I have had service done there previously, and I have always been pleased. Kathy is kind and accommodating, especially with as many tasks and people she is usually managing at once. My service advisor Naby Sylla was truly outstanding. Top notch professional, went above and beyond my expectations for communication on the progress. Naby even personally inspected the vehicle and made sure it was reparied not only to industry standards but to his personal level of quality as if it was his car. This is the 2nd vehicle we have had repaired here ( Both within weeks of each other) and to say this was a stressful time in our lives is an understatement. Naby made the experience as smooth as possible and took away all of our worries. I also would like to give a shoutout to Tracy for regular text updates in between our Naby calls. I would also like to commend Kathy for being very pleasant every time I called or popped in for something. I will absolutley recommend this shop to everyone I know and would come back for ANY body shop needs in the future. You have a customer for life!

We would like to thank Kevin, he was super professional and took pride in his job (nice to see nowadays).When we came to pick up the car he noticed a small issue and had it taken care of on the spot. Unfortunately when we got home we did notice a small dent in that rear hatch that was not there before so we reached out to him, he handed with professionalism and resolved the issue no fight, no push back only thing he was worried about was our satisfaction. He really does put the customer first!
