Took and exceptionally long time to get repaired-5 weeks. There were unavailable complications but there were only text updates until I started calling about week 3-4 before an actual person explained the situation. Otherwise the car looks great and I would use Classic Collision again but just know you will have to pursue communication

If you have a secondary mode of transportation or you like getting rentals this place is wonderful. Turn around time could be worse but 2 weeks under 4,000 of damage is insane.

My car look fabulous! They did a great job! They did keep my vehicle 2 days past the expected date which was already 2 weeks. They were busy and I had a hard time reaching my service advisor but my car looks fabulous.

I know this establishment is extremely busy. Next time I might choose a company with a smaller return window. I had a hard time reaching my advisor probably due to the high volume of business they have. Keeping a vehicle days when you not even able to touch it because of high volume is insane. I did sign up for the service because they came high recommended by the dealership.
