There was a very minor delay with a part, but that was not the fault of the shop. The repairs are great, the car was washed and vacuumed (an unexpected surprise) and they even adjusted a prior repair, done by another company, at no charge.

Misleading text messages for a whole week. An incompetent manager who constantly lied to me every step. Glass still scattered throughout the back of my car where my kids climbs sometimes! This was the worst experience that I've ever had. Rude manager, incompetent staff, lied to for a week. I recorded the conversation with the manager and will be sending this in and also filling a formal complaint with my carrier and the Colorado Insurance division. I'm a licensed adjuster in 27 states.
