Outstanding Service and Quality Work! I had an amazing experience with Classic Collision. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me a fair and honest estimate. The repair work was done quickly, and the results were flawless — my car looks brand new again! They kept me updated throughout the process and delivered on time, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find a shop that truly cares about both the customer and the quality of their work, but Classic Collision definitely delivers on both. Hello amazing team at Classic Collison, I wanted to take some time to say how much I appreciate you guys and yoir amazing team fron the front office to all the wicked talented technicians and body repair men and women. They told me it could take upto 2 weeks for my car I was bummed but it only took 1 week. I say that because they did not promise me anything that wasn't realistic and can make and already frustrating situation an nightmare. They are transparent and to be honest they contacted me continuously to let me know what was going on with the work being done on my car. Even more so thank my own insurance adjuster who didn't contact me once. Again a huge shout out to the whole team at Classic Collison in Conroe Texas of Frazier rd. If your in a car accident and yoir insurance company didn't mention Classic Collison please go and ask to have your vehicle taken there this Collison repair company is true, realistic with the out come and well very friendly. They went above and beyond on my Silverado it looks amazing you can never tell there was any damage there and looks better that it did before great time frame getting my truck back and friend and helpful sent updates about my truck as it was getting repair I would recommend them for any vehicle damage or painting
